My rental agreement indicated to call the drop off location by telephone. When I called, the individual who answered was very courteous. However, he informed me that the return was done via the app I loaded on my telephone. It was a smooth process. No other person was involved. I was requested to take pictures of the returned equipment. The process was smooth. If I ever need to rent a truck again, I'd first look to U-Haul.

William CThere were a few pieces of trash on the passenger side but I took care of no problem.
Troy JWhen I got the the location due to the weather the back door was frozen shut couldn’t get it open to confirm dolly was in back of truck. Dolly was not in back of truck once I got the truck unfrozen and could open it. Then it has been 2 days and I still haven’t received my refund back from the 100$ hold for using a prepaid card. As well as my refund for not receiving the dolly which was kind the whole purpose of me renting the uhaul was to move heavy things with the utility dolly. Instead got stuck moving entire washer and dryer without the equipment I paid for.
Autumn FThe location was fine and truck was clean. What was not "fine" was the process of picking it up thru the online process/ ap. I was on hold for 20 min until I could speak with a representative who was kind and patient and did help me. Upon return there was the same glitches with online/ap procedure so after clinking a link repeatedly that did not work the directions stated to park legally, lock vehicle and drop keys in the box. I did this but was still called and emailed the next day to say I had not returned the equipment and now I see I was billed for 2 days. not 1... I only had the truck for 7 hours... picking up and dropping off the same day.....Pick a location with a REAL person for pick up and drop off!
