The trailer had the hitch resting on the ground. I was not able to lift the trailer hitch, and there was no one to help. I was lucky to find another customer willing to help or I wouldn’t have been able to pick up the trailer. None of the trailers were properly prepared for pick up. In addition, the trailers were parked where there wasn’t much room to hitch and go. This is a terrible location with terrible customer service. If it’s the only option for U-haul trailers in the area, I won’t be using U-haul any more.

Horrible customer service
DOMINIC GThe people at the location were great. The truck was filthy and the blankets were very dirty …. When I opened the bag of blankets so much trash/junk fell out of the blankets onto my couches that it was awful. The truck itself struggled with the following: Both doors were very difficult to shut The steering was very loose and felt like something wasn’t right The interior was very dirty and needed swept out
