The guy working, Oscar, complete asshole. Very rude from the very start. Called me names on the phone when I called to see why I was charged more than I was told. I’ll be paying him a visit soon to give him a piece of my mind. He’s an asshole and I plan to tell him in person just what I think of him. The truck itself runs like shit and doesn’t shift properly at all. You should probably have that looked at. Because the truck shifts so hard I had broken items on my first load. Didn’t come with the moving blankets to help with that either. Would not recommend u haul to anyone. Better off using bubbas truck and trailer and paying him in beer. Absolutely terrible experience especially for the price. Not worth it.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkFirst reservation could not be honored, second reservation is had to hook up the trailer myself, I was told holing up a trailer was not in his job description. But he came out and took photos after I hooked it up. This location is horrible, if it was the only location around i would never rent u haul again.
Clinton BThe trailer had a little bit of grass from someone before sa as long as I'm not dinged on it that is fine. Handy location for me and other than some confusion on the part of the employee present when I returned the trailer it went smooth.
