First reservation could not be honored, second reservation is had to hook up the trailer myself, I was told holing up a trailer was not in his job description. But he came out and took photos after I hooked it up. This location is horrible, if it was the only location around i would never rent u haul again.

The trailer had a little bit of grass from someone before sa as long as I'm not dinged on it that is fine. Handy location for me and other than some confusion on the part of the employee present when I returned the trailer it went smooth.
