The lady told me I had to go somewhere else because you guys switched my reservation so then I had to drive to another location and they didn’t know what was going on so it took me 1 hour to just drop off the trailer. Not a good experience, I will not be using U-Haul ever again.

Employees were not trained on how to check in/out at the counter and insisted we MUST do it on the app ourselves. It took about an hour or me explaining I clicked “check in at counter” for a reason until they finally were willing to try to check me in. This location needs to properly train their staff. They’re a poor representation of your company.
