When I went to the U-Haul app and booked the price it was different than the price I paid. Plus they charged me twice for the blankets but seemed unable to figure out how to fix it. The equipment was what it was supposed to be. But I felt like what happened online was trick to get me to book then I was overcharged when I arrived onsite for the rental.
