Brian PThe u haul was messy and clearly not cleaned prior to pick up. I took pictures of every and made sure the interior was cleaned when I left along with documenting the moving blankets were all accounted for and folded, but still got billed for one missing. In addition to this, the gas gage read a small amount under the halfway mark on the tank when I picked it up (again, documented) but having returned with the gage at the half tank mark I was still billed for a few gallons. What should have been $170 was more like $200.
Jonathan MUhaul over charged me and had to pay twice still haven't got the original charge back yet then charged 100 more for absolutely nothing
