After renting a uhaul 2 times in a week to move this was the best place. Very good customer service

JULIA FThe lady at the customer service desk criticized me and was severely rude for dropping off the rental three days early. Insinuated that I was speeding with the truck, even though it is governed to go no faster than 75 mph. I finally had to just leave the keys and walk out. What she didn’t care to know was that when I booked it, it automatically charged me for four days even though I didn’t need four days. It was a quick trip to get my daughter out of town quickly. Two drivers, stayed and slept in hotel for six hours and returned truck within 25 hours and she had audacity to ridicule me. Terrible experience !!!
HEIDI RCheck engine light came on 90 miles before my final destination. On natural deceleration between 40-60, sometimes between 20-40 mi/hr, cabin shook very aggressively. Shook my voice when I spoke. Needs wheel balancing or something!
