Wonderful experience wonderful people
ANGELICA SEveryone was super friendly and helpful with my pickup. Truck was pretty clean, and definitely made our move much easier.
Emma GWhen I took the vehicle, the padlock did not work using the code. Bruised my fingers from pushing the lever to the right, then they handed over the key to me after calling online support. It was cold outside that time! I was late with my appointment that time due to that padlock. Still managed to complete the task of hauling. 2 stars!
CALVIN Rthe building where I was directed to pick up the car hauler was closed with just a piece of paper in the window to direct me to the gas station next door. More clarity on where exactly the transaction was to take place would have been helpful.
