It was a convenience store and the lady could really finalize the check in. She said all she could do was take a picture and send it to her boss.

Took them over 20 minutes to find key it was filthy and I had to clean it before use and I have pictures of it all inside and in the back I would never recommend them they could barely speak English and never told me there was going to be $100 taken of my card instead of my actual amount and there was only 3/16 of a tank of gas inexcusable for all this
FARRAH GBe sure locally rental people are capable & trained how to tent units. Also that would have not made it my problem to deliver the unit to where I was going. Renter entered wrong city. Drop off was indignet that he was not the delivery location, & would do nothing to adjust the problem, Neather of these to location should be dealing with your customer's..............

LORRI PPaid 169.00 and filled it up didn't use the 75 miles and didn't get any money back had it back one hr early on top and still no money back 169 for use of 75 miles and only used like 25 or 26
