It makes zero sense to me that it would be cheaper to rent local, drive across the state and back, and return local. I mean I kind of get it, you don't want to move too much equipment out of a larger market to rural communities but more than double the price is ridiculous. The same rental location I picked up from asked me not to return it to their location as they would be closing because of the downturn in rentals and the overall way the company is being run now. I would be more inclined to rent from another company in the future on those two basis's alone. So, I just lost my favorite rental location but hey, anything for the shareholders right?
