The number i called to return equipment was very helpful and walked me through the process. Not everyone is tech savvy so this person was. Courteous and professional to help return equipment. JORDAN EI was hoping for the option to review the equipment, not the location. The truck I used was very unpleasant. I had an 800 mile drive in a truck with no cruise control, which was obviously not very comfortable. Also the truck pulled left pretty hard. Not sure why I’m asked to review the pick up/drop off locations. I was only at either one for a few minutes. But I was in the truck for 15 hours. It definitely colored my experience more than the pickup location.
