The only issue was not realizing that I had to go through the check in process on the app in order to get the code to open the locked gate to the facility. It would be helpful to inform the customer of this in the initial email to reduce confusion. Thank you.

My original truck pickup location was Little Patuxent Highway close to my house. The evening before, the location was moved to Elkridge; much, much farther from my house, which adversely affected my move. The truck itself and the gear was fine, thanks. Recommending this location to a friend would be dependent on where they lived. Ratings are based on how badly this location affected my moving day.
