How U-Haul Reviews WorkI am giving this a one star. My consultant Daysi tried to convince me that I came back with an empty tank and wanted to charge me $129 dollars. I drove back to discuss this with her. Apparently she cannot read the gas gauge. Her supervisor seemed to have trained her incorrectly. I ended up taking her to the gas station just to prove that you couldn't put more gas in it. As a result I ended up in rush hour traffic and an additional two hours of my time wasted. I would love for a district manager to reach out to me to resolve this.
Vincent CI really loved this location! Everything was absolutely spectacular, including the practically brand-new cargo van I was given. I’ve been using U-Haul for over 15 years, and this location was truly a 10/10 experience — a first for me! Excellent service from start to finish. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
