I paid a surplus of funds towards fuel and mileage. The broker at gas station said they would refund my card on file. And as of yet , I have not been reimbursed . Can you please inquire with broker and reimburse my card ? Thank you. My contract number is 74025925.

Hard to find

David TNot only did it take the location over 30 minutes to provide an already confirmed rental, but the truck was also missing gear that I had been charged for. On top of that, the truck itself was extremely dirty. While they removed the charge for the missing moving equipment (dolly and furniture pads), they made no effort to address the unclean condition of the truck by offering any discount or compensation. The staff appeared unconcerned and did not offer any reimbursement for the fact that the excessively dirty truck soiled our mattress, which now requires professional cleaning to hopefully resolve the issue. When I pointed out that I would be charged if I returned a truck in this condition, I was told nothing could be done. It is unclear how there is no accountability on the dealer’s part when a dirty vehicle is provided and customer property is damaged as a result. Overall, I would not recommend renting from this location unless you are prepared to scrutinize every aspect of the transaction and accept that the dealer takes no accountability for their mistakes.
