No paperwork given. Just told to sign on screen, not given a total amount due or pre-rental inspection done. Just handed a key and told, "it's out there." Very unprofessional. Store was dirty and disheveled. Could barely understand cashier due to heavy Hindu accent.

JADE LThey had gas at 41miles and before dropping it I put gas and left it at 48 yet I got charge gas fee.i had told the gentleman what the truck was been given to me he said it was ok if I left it the same now I'm here getting charge extra fees . Next time I'll just elsewhere.
