Waiting for my promised $50.00 credit and mileage reimbursement.. This was the 3rd location I was changed to and also caused me to be 1.5 hours late to location for move. I will be using a different company in the future. Uhaul you used to be very good. Looks like things have changed. Not only will I not recommend your company, but I will continue to share my story with others.. A good start for you guys, would be to issue me the credit you promised. TODAY

Deli: When I arrived at 6:30AM ET, their WIFI was down, and they had not yet checked the truck in from the night before. I lost 30 minutes of valuable moving time in the daylight. Deli was not clean and when I asked to use their restroom upon return, it was simply disgusting, including the floors and walls ... a very serious hygiene factor! I would not recommend that location to anyone, and I did not pick that location, uhaul changed the original reservation. One last thing, while polite, I cannot believe UHAUL allows the Deli to represent them. Truck: Truck was fine at first, specifically at low speeds. However, the drivers door is bent and was not closing properly, which came apparent at highway speeds. I had to slam the door shut to get a seal from the rain. You need to look at that door.
Mike HAs a non-corporate location, they have very limited technical ability, having to use an app on their phone to handle the transaction. There were multiple difficulties with the rental process requiring multiple calls to the technical support on another phone. They also did not have all of the extra equipment which was needed to satisfy the rental and had to give me several dirty furniture pads. The whole experience was less than adequate and it took more than an hour to complete the pick-up. Note: I do not blame the employees of this location for any of these issues. The responsibility lies entirely with U-Haul failing to provide them with proper technology and supplies to meet the needs of their customers.
