The proprietor went above and beyond to help me stay on schedule when the uHaul website was struggling to check me in. My consistent experience for both pick up and drop off is that the uHaul staff are kind and helpful. Grateful I didn't have to interact with an AI or robotic service to do these tasks.

U-Haul customer service helped but not until after 40 mins of waiting on hold. I was forced to sit in a deli for way too long waiting because of U-Haul and this location. No discount offered either
