The truck was dirty and they failed to mark the truck returned until later the next day when I called and complained that the app shows me as still having the truck.

Do not use this location. They made me wait an hour for a truck because they didn’t check vehicles back into the system. U-Haul customer service helped but not until after 40 mins of waiting on hold. I was forced to sit in a deli for way too long waiting because of U-Haul and this location. No discount offered either

Felda RWould recommend but be cautious due to my problem I got charged an extra day even though I returned the vehicle 30 mins before cut off time and was charged extra miles because they never updated my travel arrangements. So if they don’t want charge an extra $100+ make sure you spell it out for some of their workers. Now this isn’t because the pick up and drop off locations with is the uhaul company in general.
Jacob PWaiting for my promised $50.00 credit and mileage reimbursement.. This was the 3rd location I was changed to and also caused me to be 1.5 hours late to location for move. I will be using a different company in the future. Uhaul you used to be very good. Looks like things have changed. Not only will I not recommend your company, but I will continue to share my story with others.. A good start for you guys, would be to issue me the credit you promised. TODAY
