Everything was great except for one bag of 6 pads that were all covered in small confetti pieces.

DOUGLAS HIt rained and the truck had leaks in the roof of the body and some of my things were wet. Pillows, blankets, boxes, were soaked. My mattress on the one side was soaked. Its supposed to be sealed according to the employee but it wasn't. It wasn't a good experience this time around.
Christopher WGreat service when we picked up and dropped off. Only issue was the van smelled bad when I first got in but leaving the windows open got rid of it quickly. Otherwise, no problem and excellent in-person service.
