The location that I originally was to pick up was changed and I didn’t appreciate that . The drop was set to undisclosed location but when I went to drop off at the nearest location to where I moved to I had to call customer support because it had drop off location to where I picked up in Maryland which made no sense totally not convenient. I was not financially compensated for all the trouble uhaul gave me from pick up to drop off and I put more gas in then what I received the truck and charged extra for it. I definitely will not be renting uhaul ever again unless I am financially compensated for the all the issues I had it’s ridiculous!!! Moving is stressful enough and I don’t need a rental truck company adding to the very high stress level. DO BETTER!!
SCOTT HThe process to rent through the app took more than 1/2 hr with repeated trips to where the vehicle was kept vs where the key was. The app was NOT user-friendly and kept sending me back without an error message. Same with the return.
