Drop off location was closed when we dropped off the truck, even though it was 1:45pm on a Friday, and they clearly had hours stating they were open. Further, despite calls to them, they charged me additional days due to the fact they were not there to check in the truck. Thankfully, we had the foresight to contact Uhaul customer service when we dropped off the truck and were able to prove the erroneous charges. I do not have confidence in Mr. Auto in properly handling a drop off, and will not use them in the future should the need arise.

Very tight and busy area for parking
SCOT KUhaul messed up my reservation and moved it to Mr Auto. This location had just gone through a water line busting and lost their computer system. I called to confirm the reservation, the staff went out of their way to ensure I was able to pick up the equipment I rented. Uhaul screwed it up but Mr Auto saved the day.
Greg PCargo area was filled with little confetti like papers. The app was buggy and hard to use
