I ordered a dolly and was not told until I got there that they did not have dollies! I had movers waiting to move my stuff and no dolly! I feel this inconvenience could have been handled before the pickup!
Pamela JYou all charged be $337 dollars for one day usage that ended up being 1.5 day because no one failed to mention that the vehicle auto locks when the ignition is on. The truck locked me out while I was pretriping. I waited for roadside for 3 hours to unlock truck and I had to pay an extra $200 because management did not cover it. There were no spare keys available at pick up location. I had a horrible experience and went outside my budget for nothing. Terrible service!
John HThe employee at ACE was not knowledgeable about the process. I reserved a truck and appliance dolly. When I go to pick them up she tells me they don’t have any dolly’s. Now I have to go find one somewhere else. I ended up renting one from Home Depot. Imagine my surprise when I open the truck and there’s a dolly inside.
Kimberley GThere were no dollies available. There should be more dollies on hand for rental. We visited three locations none had a dolly that we could rent.
