u-haul stated they did not have 15ft at this location . They STATED THEY WERE GIVING A FREE UPGRADE BECUSE THERE WAS NOT ONE ,yet we got charged for the twenty noit the fifteen as stated . this was dishonest on uhauls part from here out i will watch wording of individuals at UHAUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
