JESSICA BDevon, customer service, was very kind and very helpful. I had made a reservation through a lady named sue who told me to go to ace hardware and I had a reservation but when I got there it wasn't there. Devon, help me greatly and was there when I needed to come back or call for a dolly. Very clean place, very friendly, made the moving experience a little lighter than what it was!! I would highly recommend!!
janet wClean the cabin out. There was dirt/grime on just about every surface..so much so that the sanitizing wipe I used on the steering wheel turned black. Also there was some sort of white substance in the passenger seat. There were also ants in the cab and a spider web (never saw the spider though). The people who helped me were nice though and the uhaul itself ran fine.

FABIANO LIf customer made reservation online logged in to uhaul site they provided all information requested. I had to repeat personal information in person at point of rental that I had already stated on the site before confirming reservation. Provide prompts to have customer with an account update information or simply tell them to drive to the uhaul location and don't waste time online.

MICHAEL BThis location is terrible!!! A nightmare to get in and out of. I have rented uhaul trucks many times a year for years. This is the worst experience. The staff was not friendly at all. There was no way to bring the truck back to the spot it was in the beginning due to many delivery trucks in the way. Then even though I brought the truck back completely full...the pump clicked off and the gauge read full..I was charged for 2 gallons of gas at $5.25 a gallon!!! The truck itself was VERY FILTHY and I was not going to mention it at drop-off as I was already made to feel like I was a nuisance and was told to leave as they would get to it later. I even dropped it back off hours early too. When I called to inquire about the gas I was scolded like a little child and he raised his voice stating it was not full. I have a receipt for the gas that was filled in the tank. Save yourself from being treated like crap and have your account overcharged by skipping this awful location altogether. I will for sure...And I will NEVER shop at this Ace Hardware again either.
SHERRI EThe location does not have enough lighting for pick up which also make it hard to look at the cleanliness of the cab. The cab smelled heavily like cigarettes and we also found used condom wrappers in the cab. This was not a pleasant drive for our move.

DENNIS BEverything about this rental experience was wonderful. It was easy to reserve the vehicle I needed online. I received electronic confirmation about my rental and the rental agreement. The vehicle was ready for me when I arrived and Chris and the other employees at the Ace Hardware were helpful and clear on what was expected of me as I rented their truck. Returning the UHaul was also very easy.

ODESSA RThere was something wrong with the tires or balance of the trailer. There was a lot of shaking when it was empty. We notified the staff and they said they would look at it.

DEANNA CThe cab was filthy and the windshield on the inside was covered in a hazy film. I have rented several trucks from here in the past and this is the first time I have encountered this.
LARRY RIt was a great rental of the 26 ft truck. Ace Hardware was easy to work with and accomodating. The only downside to the truck is the small amount of space in the cab. The center seat can fold down so we put a small cooler with drinks. Being a winter rental, we needed coats and there was nowhere to stuff them while driving. Other that the lack of room in the cab, it is a great truck.

LARRY RComputers were down on my arrival @ 0800. Had to call customer service to try and arrange a mobile pick up. Time consuming ordeal as the computers on their end were having issues as well. Finally got the vehicle about 45 minutes behind schedule, which wouldn't have been an issue if I hadn't hired movers from uHaul's website to be at the location at 08:30. In addition to that, I was unable to call them to advise when I had the truck do to my continuing conversation for compensation with uHaul ! Ultimately, lost over $50 in labor hours due to uHauls issues, which I doubt I will be reimbursed for...

PETER HThe tank was not Full. It was one bar less than full. We returned with just a bit more fuel than we left with. We were charged extra to completely Full it. We had even talked this to the agent and nothing was done.
