The truck was clean but seat was ripped up and in my opinion the cab of the truck smelled of urine. Otherwise easy to use and no problems at all.

Inside of trailer had two very sandy moving blankets and a lot of sand inside. I threw the blankets away and had to sweep out the trailer.

MERRY DWorst experience ever very unprofessional all my information was wrong. I paid for someone else’s truck. My tag number didn’t match the tag number on my truck. Tried to explain to the man over the phone. He was very rude to me. I had to call customer service I rented the truck at 2 o’clock I received the email at 2:53 stating that I had returned the truck when I still had the truck. I returned the truck at 5:30 in the afternoon. All the information was wrong so I called one 800 U-Haul I already put in a complaint.
