TOYIN AThe U-Haul app covered over fields I needed to use. I use an Android, and the keyboard would sometimes cover up fields I needed to type in. And the Androids navigation buttons partially covered the "take photo" button. The person who received the verification call was expecting a call but got a text instead. I first used a landline number but it gave me an error message, which itself was incorrect ("you cannot use the same number with which you used to book this rental." It was not the same number, it was a landline which I suspect it didn't like since there was no way to text.)
