The uhaul truck clearly wasn’t inspected by the company beforehand. The back door was missing a track wheel so it would not shut… We had to call uhaul roadside assistance and he showed us how we could pull it down. I had to grab both the metal and rope handle and jump down pulling it with me to get the door to shut.
Jackson HAirbag light remained on the entire travel. Trucks maintained on an unsecured lot. Truck returned and a cleaning fee was imposed when there was no trash left in the truck. Owner reported he had to clean leaves. Parking lot is a hang out for locals making it difficult to park and left me feeling unsafe. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!
