Unfortunately I have multiple concerns and I need to contact directly a customer care agent as soon as possible. The vehicle has airbag warning lights on which is very dangerous in case of an accident, the drive's seat belt is damaged and needs attention. I booked the vehicle for $98 and I noticed i have been charged over $400 that I didn't authorize.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThere was one person, the gentleman working the convenience store. It wasn't clear at all what I was supposed to do, no signage for returns that I could see.
Gregory HThe vehicle was clean, but it was noisy and drives with so much struggle. The brake squicks sometimes. Clean vehicle, clean environment.
Ethel ONeed to get rid of the rats running around the storage yard. A little bit scary. Otherwise quick and friendly service from the staff / owner.
john nWe had a great experience with our cargo van. It was new, clean, drove well, had Bluetooth, etc.. Everything was great.
