LINDA UFalsified the fuel level and charged me extra. I have pictures from time of drop off i will be calling uhaul helpline in the morning.
HUZAIFA KInstead of dropping off uhauls with a required quarter tank refill, it would be MUCH easier to return them with a full tank, like every car rental agency so you can load and go instead of refill, load and go or load, refill and go. I was just slightly under that quarter tank refill and got the $12 refill charge. Your policy on this matter is complete B.S. but if this is your way of squeezing extra $$$ out people, more power to you, I will not be using uhaul in the future for any moving needs, I will explore all the other options available.
