I had 2 reservation. Then I went there for picking the truck 15' up. But they said no truck now so use 10' truck. If they send a notice about it then I understand. But They don't sorry about it and just said use other size truck. I can't understand. Anyway I don't want to use UHaul anymore. Because I can't not believe your promise.

Van I rented was dirty…but drove well and did what I needed it to do.
JODI BPick up was convenient but half the packing blankets I paid for were soaking wet. Also gave me bad advice that I could lock the keys in the truck at the drop off destination. That ended in an extra charge.
