This location is usually top notch. We use them frequently. However this time we were charged a $40 cleaning fee with no explanation. We cleaned and swept this truck and it was clean when we dropped it off. We feel this charge was excessive and not warranted. We should have received an explanation why we were charged this fee.

It would help if there was designated parking spaces in the front of the building but that can be difficult with all the equipment.

THOMAS GWhen I picked up my U-Haul truck, the rental and charging system was down. As a result, I had to leave a copy of my credit card with the receptionist, which was concerning since she didn’t know where my rental was parked. Additionally, U-Haul provided me with a truck that was only three-quarters full. I tried my best to return it to that level, but I was a little short, about an eighth of a tank. Naturally, they charged me an excessive fee for the missing fuel.
