The person receiving the rental, said he would close my file immediately, so that I could process a refund for the dolly and pads I was not given, however that did not happen until 24 hours later.
JUAN,MANUEL CGas level was misrepresented. Had to go to a different location for supplies I needed.
RON TThey lied about the amount of fuel in the truck and charged me 42 dollars for fuel.
DARIN CJad a huge problem because there was no one to help, I've rented over 50 times trailers and never had to do hook it up by myself. It should be mentioned in big letters that some smaller locations don't have the hook up service and you have to do that your self.
