I had requested a 15' truck to pick up in Westlake, OH but was give a 20' truck I had to pick up in Elyria, OH. It turned out fine but wasn't what I requested.

I pre-ordered a furniture dolly and 12 blankets but was told they don't carry either of those items. So, we had to improvise when loading! Also, when going to the pickup the car transport trailer at the U-Haul on 41215 N. Ridge Rd Elyria, OH, my wife noticed the back inner left tire was flat. U-Haul should have the 15-foot truck inspected and clean before we go on a 1000+-mile trip to Florida. Very unacceptable and dangerous for your customers. Not happy with how U-Haul uses facilities for people renting equipment for long hauls!
