Service the trucks. Our service tires and a stabilizer service light was on the whole time. The wheels need aligned because they jimmied on the highway. Thank goodness I was only one exit down the highway to get back and forth.
DEBORAH OThis is a great location for pick-up; getting in and out was easy. There was enough room in the parking lot to back-up the truck to take photos. Overall, the truck was clean, drove without issue, and got surprisingly good fuel economy. My only complaint, the truck was very dirty on the outside, so windows had to be cleaned off to see.
Jon OThe truck was pretty damn dirty. I had to wipe the windows off on the back, sides, and side mirrors to see out of them and then I ran out of wiper fluid. It was so dirty I ended up just hosing the down when I was done. Other than that, everything else was fantastic. The renting process was easy, pickup and drop off was as well. Staff was also nice.
ADRIENNE RI was overcharged for the miles that I used. It was not corrected like they said it would be . I will not ever used U-Haul again or referred any of my friends to them .
