The location appeared to be closed during its normal business hours, the key drop system was unclear, and posed a potential security risk for key drop offs. The key drop envelopes were insufficiently sized to match the dropbox, and could not be secured in the box without the potential of someone reaching in and pulling it back out. The dropbox slot was also undersized for the U-Haul key ring, and it barely fit in the slot, and required considerable effort to get the keys through the slot. I would not have felt comfortable, dropping the truck off at this location if I had not spoken to a manager from the nearby location in Macungie, who assured me that the circumstances were OK.

PAUL SVery well located, but they were closed when I arrived at 3pm and their hours showed they were open till 4pm. It was the day after a holiday, so maybe that played a role in it, but trying to get a trailer off without a jack proved to be challenging with no one there.
