I can't think of anything right now. Everything was clear and concise. Oh, I did have one thing. When we checked out, I was told there would be a text message to validate the equipment. What I didn't understand was that the validation was supposed to be completed before I left the lot. When I tried to perform the validation at my home, the link was no longer valid.

Mark BI specifically did early pick up, so I could drop off same day at this location. No knowledgable person at drop off to at least document same day drop off. I had two days to drop off and pick up was on Saturday and dropped off same day. Subsequently, drop off was not processed until Monday, and I was charged $40.00 for an additional day.
