Sean B.- The U-Haul did not have any of the supplies I requested in the back. I had to drive to a different U-Haul location that. Was a 45 minute round trip out of my way to get them. - I had to sit in the parking lot of the pick up location on for 50 minutes on hold with a U-Haul service rep because online check in wasn't available for me. - I signed up to pick the truck up from a location less than 1 mile from me….I was sent to a location 35 minutes from my house instead because of availability. Huge pain - will NEVER use the 24/7 pick up ever again…it was a disaster from start to finish.

Shawn G.I did notice the ABS light came on. I didn't know who to contact about that. When I turned the truck in I dropped it off and left the key in the drop box, so I was not able to tell anyone about the light. Other than that everything went well.
