Christopher WI rented a uhaul on 6/11/23 and returned it back the same day. I had to call several times on the balance on my depending deposit, I received a receipt on 6/13/23 and still haven't received my refund funds back to my card. Today is 06/15/23 and still waiting on my refund.

Jake FI did not interact much with the employee, simply handing them the key. The location is a problem though, the large trucks bottom out pulling into the lot, and you can not pull a truck and trailer into the lot. We had to disconnect the trailer from the truck in the street, and use out pickup to pull it in. I would not recommend this location for anything larger than a small van.
