The staff was friendly and very courteous. The truck was clean and appeared to be well maintained.

We dropped off after hours so didn’t meet anyone
SHELLY CThey should have better tires on the truck especially if they going to New England states during the winter season.
danielle fI made a reservation for a location in my area however they emailed me two days before my pickup informing me that I would have to pick an hour away. That is not okay, if the customer has a pick close to there home try to help by providing assistance. Pick the equipment and take it to the location they picked or try to get it closer. What that person don't have a vehicle? Be more accommodating. The guy at the location was nice and he showed me how to work the equipment.
Ta TIt wasn't clear as to where the trailer should be dropped off. I pulled into a driveway that had several other trailers parked but when I went in to the gas station next door, I was told that it was private property and it needed to be moved. It was confusing because that is where the trailer ended up.
