BUDDY WI cannot remember the gentleman‘s name that assisted me and picking the correct trailer. But this gentleman was the best customer service I’ve experiencing in a long time.
CHARLES BWorker checking me in/out was almost incoherent and I was not sure what he was saying or what the process was. Vehicle itself should’ve been retired long ago. Worst ride of my entire. I think I experienced hearing loss after being in that vehicle. And, was not economical at all. Bad decision to try U-Haul. Period!
