This review has more to do with U-Haul itself than the location. I was not notified of a change of pickup location until after I arrived at the location. Additionally the worker had no idea how to work the system without calling his boss to figure out what had to be done. The process took longer than it needed to and he was not very helpful. After an hour of figuring it out it was finally fixed but was not the equipment that I reserved.
