The "15 foot" in fact is not 15 feet. We placed my 14 foot kayak in only to have it extended out the back another foot. The "15 feet" is from the mom's attic to the end not the majority of it all. We fixed my problem of transporting the kayak by ratcheting it to the side of the uhaul but for future reference to customers they should be aware.

DONYEL FI originally selected another location. Uhaul tried to divert me to Dothan over 30 miles away. I called and you upgraded me to larger vehicle at no extra charge at this location and the man that helped me was wonderful. There are a lot of people like me that want to deal with people and not check in via mobile which you also changed on my reservation to do.
