There was only 1/8 of tank in the truck - despite it saying 1/4 on the sign out. I had to stop on my way to my first destination for gas in order to make it. A dash light went on before leaving the lot that the right tire was low and the truck rattled so loud when went above 50MPH, we couldn’t hear each other when yelling. Had to pull off the FWY again to check the cab roof where the sound was coming from, but saw nothing. We both had a headache by the end of the trip. They were closed when arrived, so I can’t speak to the staff, but I noted all my concerns on the check in app and was under the mileage agreed upon, yet charged the full amount. We also reserved the truck in advance and did not sign up for dropping it off at another location that was further - yet that’s all they had available when arrived. So, we shouldn’t have been charged for those miles. Will not use them again.

The lady at the sac place I picked the U-Haul up from was a very sweet lady and the Hispanic man with a great head of hair was very helpful as well would 10/10 recommend! The fuel saver truck really helped too I only spent $20 in gas and I traveled almost 100 miles

Ali NDefinitely there is room for improvement. There was a waiting time involved more than I expected. Initially, truck that was assigned was wrong so they corrected the truck number. Then the gas in the tank that was marked on paper did not match the actual gas level in the truck. Paper said 1/4 but the gauge had 1/8. Then we returned the truck to Dublin day after. But I kept getting alerts saying my rental still active. Called customer service and they messaged Dublin store. Then finally got sorted out that we were given the wrong truck so system was not getting updated.
Rowena AKelly went above and beyond to let me know my 1 way truck would be there when I arrived. Excellent service. Super friendly. A+++. Thanks again
