This experience was terrible. To be 100% clear, the experience was a uhaul failure, not a location failure. I asked for a pickup near my home, got one 20+ miles away. I asked for a dolly, but it was not available. I asked for a decent truck, but got a piece of garbage with unacceptable windshield wipers making it impossible to see in the rain, and a very hard pull to the left, making my arms and shoulders tired after a 6+ hour drive. The contract told me to drop off 10 miles west from my destination, but when I got there, it was locked and nobody answered. I call in to find you changed the drop location to 30+ miles the other direction. I had to sit there in the heat for an hour trying to figure your mess out, only to have a really crappy uhaul lady not help me at all. This is not an exhaustive list, just the highlights. You guys messed every single detail of this trip up and cost me many hours of time, effort, and quite a bit of gas. I have rented a ton of trucks and trailers from you over the years, but I'm done. You aren't the cheapest, definitely not the highest quality, and there are numerous options for my business. We have multiple additional trips like this one coming up in the next month, you will not see that revenue. I will take all my future business elsewhere, and will encourage my social network to do the same.

thomas ZThe cruise control did not work on this vehicle. Its the only miss, and most likely not the locations fault. Just may want to check it out. When driving lon distance it can really be helpful to have it working. Great customer service all around!
autumn wVery nice rep. Did not do trailer light check, did not hook up red emergency brake cable hook (realized this at drop off). Trailer had been parked touching another trailer’s wheels - took several minutes of maneuvering to get out of the stall without damaging the trailer.
BRENT KUHaul website was down so I couldn't process the return myself. Everything seems to have went well with them doing it.
