jason DIn the days prior to the rental, the UHaul app advised that the location near my home couldn’t confirm my rental. I drove by every day and knew they had several of the 15 foot trucks in the yard. I finally went down to the location and they were glad to help me. I picked up the truck a day early to insure that I wouldn’t have to drive two hours to the next closest UHaul location. U-Haul could figure out how to confirm the desired location. This is particularly important for locations like Estes Park which are some distance from the nearest alternative. My travel plans and arrangements with movers wouldn’t allow me to travel to Loveland or Longmont to find a truck.
