Miriam FService and equipment were great. But the system went down twice and they had to make a call to some central office to 'dispatch' the trailer. Also, I've rented many trailers from U-haul in the past. You already have my credit card and drivers license, yet every rental requires a long process to upload the license. So, in summary, the local service was outstanding, but the U-haul systems require significant upgrade.
ERIC Tgood rental truck worked well. pick up was pretty simple helped us get goin g quickly used the drop box at night to return. This was a great place to have the pick-up and drop off in Estes park.
