Service and equipment were great. But the system went down twice and they had to make a call to some central office to 'dispatch' the trailer. Also, I've rented many trailers from U-haul in the past. You already have my credit card and drivers license, yet every rental requires a long process to upload the license. So, in summary, the local service was outstanding, but the U-haul systems require significant upgrade.

good rental truck worked well. pick up was pretty simple helped us get goin g quickly used the drop box at night to return. This was a great place to have the pick-up and drop off in Estes park.

LYLE PThe UHaul computer system was really slow and could have used some improvement. The location had to phone in the data. The rental itself was great, although it did depend on a smartphone. Not sure what we would have done without one.
Robert FI did an afterhours drop off, so I didn't interact with the personnel until I called the next morning to make sure that they knew that the truck was there. The area was easy to drive around and I found the check in and key drop point fairly quickly. Having moved my daughter to Estes at the end of her first year as the Choir teacher at the Middle and High School. I was very convenient to be able to drop off at this location. I did have frustration of getting a message after I rented the truck that I didn't see until I dropped off the truck telling me that I needed to return it in Loveland instead of the agreed upon Estes Park.
