I did an afterhours drop off, so I didn't interact with the personnel until I called the next morning to make sure that they knew that the truck was there. The area was easy to drive around and I found the check in and key drop point fairly quickly. Having moved my daughter to Estes at the end of her first year as the Choir teacher at the Middle and High School. I was very convenient to be able to drop off at this location. I did have frustration of getting a message after I rented the truck that I didn't see until I dropped off the truck telling me that I needed to return it in Loveland instead of the agreed upon Estes Park.
