Full was bellow 1/4 and they did not tell me how much I should fill gas. I filled up the tank by 110 bucks and they did not refund me only used 25 bucks

The van was clean and well maintained, but the entire steering wheel was sticky... That's the only thing that I didn't like. Other than that, my rental went smoothly. :)

Long time Uhaul customer. Rented a truck for a couple of hours to help my mom move. At this location they tried to rip me off on kms and gas. I would suggest renting from a different place.

The truck was clean and reliable. The contract was clearly explained and both check in and check out were speedy. The right front blinker for the turn signal didn't appear to work at times and there was a seatbelt alarm that went off for about 10 seconds every minute or two when the seatbelt was firmly fastened. I still rate the location and the staff highly for courtesy and professionalism.

Excellent customer service from Queenaway location. Sorry didnt get the employees name.. he made reservation for me at lakeshore location as he didnt jave an available truck size for rent.. excellent customer service!

There was very limited parking available and the van that I rented smelled as though it was used to transport animals. Not a great experience which is rare with U-Haul.

Hidden fees and lying representatives turned a 4hr move into a $100+ expense. Not sure where $15 fee came from when I didn't request insurance, am over 25, and representative didn't tell me. Also representative said my van is 19c per km whereas another van is 29c. Then I was charged 49c ... completely taken aback by final charges and debating whether I should waste time to fight it.

Friendly staff and fast service. I choose this location after poor service and over-billing at the Queensway location. Please review the Queensway store's google review from Nharo. I dropped a letter to the manager which was ignored. I am owed about $50.00 for an extra days rental plus insurance.



I had problems with the driver's side mirrors. I would put them so that I could view the side of the truck better but due to bad road conditions on the hwy 403 and 401 the mirror would vibrate out and my vision was impaired. So it wasn't until I did a fuel stop that I could readjust the mirrors again and then again at the arrival at my destination the mirrors again would vibrate out of view. It was particularly annoying on the return journey from London to Toronto because there was total rainstorms from Woodstock to Toronto.

First the booking is so difficult and then uhaul changed the location and timing on their own that too 20 km away. Then emailing uhaul got no reply. Again a call I had ti make it thrice since after waiting 20 30 mins on hold it was disconnected itself. worst experience ever and i will never be renting again from uhaul nor will i recommend it to anyone.



I was charged for fuel even though the truck was returned with more fuel than picked up. I have photo with original fuel level.



Keep doing what you do best. The staff who assisted us was very helpful and nice. He made sure all the lights and attachment were in perfect order before we left. Great customer service!

I reserved on line and was originally given a different pick-up location with my confirmation #. Later I received an email and not realized that in the body of the email, the pick-up location had changed. Recommend that in these cases, when there is a change, that the email clearly spells that out in the subject .

Shocked that a $19.99 daily rate, only used the vehicle for 2.5 hours, ended up costing $69 dollars. .40cents a km is a little steep!!!



I don't think you could have done much better. It was amazingly simple and efficient. In 15 minutes I had the documents, everything was explained to me and I was in the van. I dropped it off later that night and it was done. This was the second time I've used U Haul in a month and it was excellent both times. I'm a UHaul man for life. Terry Coster
