Shocked that a $19.99 daily rate, only used the vehicle for 2.5 hours, ended up costing $69 dollars. .40cents a km is a little steep!!!

I don't think you could have done much better. It was amazingly simple and efficient. In 15 minutes I had the documents, everything was explained to me and I was in the van. I dropped it off later that night and it was done. This was the second time I've used U Haul in a month and it was excellent both times. I'm a UHaul man for life. Terry Coster

Easy to pick up. Staff we helpful and quick. Return parking was a little tight space-wise, so maybe there could be slightly wider parking spots, but that is only a minor comment.

I asked for a furniture dolly but got a utility dolly, of course I didn't notice until the my movers pointed it out. We managed though and the female staff was very friendly and pleasant to deal with.

I booked a dolly on-line but when I got there, none were left. It would have been good to know in advance as I had to do a lot of scrambling to find one last minute. Otherwise a great experience.

Worse experience in my lifetime I I use this location many times before and it was always excellent service but certainly not this time I made reservation and received confirmation via email and when I show up on time for pickup I waited over one hour because the person didn't returned the van he suppose the night before even they called him several times the night before and so on and on I can write book about this if I had to explain all the details I had to pay people they show up for moving even I was not able to move because of no truck to do the move ?! I suppose to move out of the place as by law required by midnight same day and people who suppose to help just left so even if I had to go to some far location like Missisauga I was not able move without help of the movers because they didn't want to wait and it would cost me hundreds of dollars additionally Than the MG in this location when I called was talking to me in such rude and unprofessional manner and I will place official complaint about all that too I was offered a it's confirmed by the receipt today when I returned the truck around 4.30 pm that I was offered and I got the 50 dollars credit for all this nightmare which turned out apperantlly they said that that would exceed the money I would have to pay so that just put zero dollars owing but instead when I checked my visa a called visa right after I come home from returning the truck I saw it was charged short after 9am even I picked the truck at 9.30am ?! Why?! U Haul never charge the cc ahead as you cannot know what the actual charge will be only after the client return the truck This whole thing is absolutely unacceptable and must be corrected immediately I need to speak with the highest person in your company asap Horrible from start to finish Never will use this location again even it's just 5 min located from my place I'm seriously thinking to hire lawyer to get compensated for all expense and troubles I was put in Your company should provide some reasonable solution to fix what happened and also talk and train the personnel and especially the MG at this location Who should know better as he's in this position as manager They all using the exuse there that they are not U Haul but self storage company and I told them that they represent U Haul and making money providing this service and so they should never ever use this as exuse Please let me know who is in position to solve a correct this matter Regards, Hana

ASK THE CUSTOMER IF THEY ARE FAMILIAR WITH THE CONTROS OF THE VAN - EG HOW TO TURN ON THE HEAD LIGHTS? HOW TO WORK THE RADIO? HOW TO APPLY AND RELEASE THE EMERGENCY BRAKE. I HAD QUITE AN ADVENTURE FIGURING OUT THESE THINGS! OTHERWISE, THE GENTLEMAN WHO SET ME UP WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, EFFICIENT, AND A GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE FOR YOUR COMPANY. I WAS SET UP WITH THE KEYS IN NO MORE THAN 10 MINUTES.

I pre-paid for a Box from Toronto Ontario to Vancouver BC. The shipment arrived June 5th and I received an email from Uhaul saying someone would call me. My delivery was for June 12 but as I still did not hear from Uhaul I drove to the location to find out what was happening. They booked my delivery for Tuesday 12 June. Later the same afternoon I got a call from Uhaul to confirm my booking just to be told it can't be done until June 20th. A full 15 days after my Ubox arrived and a full 8 days later than the confirmed delivery. Extremely disappointed as I still have a whole house hold to move from Toronto to Vancouver. I ordered a truck for pick up tuesday night at 9. when i arrived they had not left keys in the truck for me. i called your service representative and he said that there was nothing he could do and he would send me an email rebating me $50. this was a week ago tomorrow and still no email rebating the money. this is not the way you should run your company if you make an admitted mistake
