I originally booked my truck at a different location. That location is actually now closed but still bookable on your website. I only found out 30 minutes before I was due to pick up the truck. Very frustrating experience and added to the additional stress of moving.

There was quite a long wait ...probably needed 2 people assisting customers...even though I did all the work ahead of time on line...I was told I needed to get the key from the attendant... The truch has some sawdust on the passenger seat where I sat so the attendant cleaned it but made me think if that wasn't done ahead of time then the truck probably wasn't sanatized either

It was strange that I had to find my vehicle in the back of the parking lot and of course it was the last one that I looked at. And also on the day before the phone was busy all the time so I went to the location directly to ask a question the attendant was rude and provide me with a wrong answer. The both attendants who check me in and out were very polite and friendly

Sadly your km rate has increased drastically. I went from renting 6-8 times a month as I am in liquidations; I can't afford to rent anymore & looking for better rates elsewhere.

We made a reservation for a truck, furniture dolly, utility dolly and furniture pads for a mobile pickup. The pickup experience was pretty seamless except for the fact our truck was not equipped with the additional items we requested for rental (dollies and pads). Due to the covid environment and tight moving schedule we did not go into the store location for assistance figuring we could get these charges removed later. Upon returning the vehicle and “checking out” of the mobile return experience we were asked if the charges looked good to us. I selected “no” as I wanted to dispute the rental fees for the items that were not provided. In the flow there was a message that said that I would be contacted to discuss these charges. However I was NEVER contacted and was charged for the full amount. I also reached out to the contact email on the receipt TWICE and have still not heard back. Do NOT recommend. This is basically theft.

Improve your app and online check-in. I had already checked in online but my license details etc did not propagate to the employee's system so they had to scan it again. Your android app and website are also incompatible with my android phone (Huawei P30 lite) it refuses to upload photos either taken directly from the camera or saved on the device.

When I return a vehicle and a worker says to give him the keys and he'll just email the receipt, I expect that to happen. I had to come back 1.5 hours later because they still didn't process my return. And the worst part - they asked me if I returned the vehicle. Get your crap together

Van was not where the online check in said. The process is a little awkward. I was asked to submit photo during pick up . Why not when booking?

I completed the 'Express Checkin' online the day prior, providing license and all detail. Then when I arrived had to wait 45 minutes AND provide all the same information again. What is the point of pre-checkin, especially during Covid. Everything should be ready to go with no need to go inside at all. Sony was very rude at check-in. You require equipment to be back at a certain time, then take an hour away for the pick up. I was only the 3rd person in line at the time and then the line was out the door. Completely unnecessary check-in process. There should be an option to leave your credit card online, then meet the person at the trailer/truck and verify the drivers license and then they can be on their way. Was missing the dolly, had to return and get A dolly (was still not the type requested). Truck provided seemed to have suspension issues. Staff at the location was friendly at least, pickup was easy.
