Only one person on in the morning so a line up and I had a reservation. I drove 22 miles and put $25 in to fill it. So it was not full when I got it. Also the front right tire was down to the wear bars. When I told the return agent he said it was okay. If he thinks it’s okay he should not be representing your brand.

There should have been some warning of how small the drop off location was and when our chosen location had no storage lockers we were not given any suggestions as to other locations we could choose to drop off to in order to receive a free month of storage. In fact the free month of storage isn't properly explained anywhere on the website or in any communications we received.

After confirming my reservation earlier in the week, I had scheduled my move accordingly with elevator booking, assistance I needed etc for Saturday morning. On Friday I was notified that the 15' truck I reserved was changed to a 9' van and then later that my reservation was no longer available. I had to be out of my condo that Saturday and I was notified last minute. When discussing with the employee, I uncovered that it was a "glitch" in the booking system and that I could actually go through with my reservation but had to return the van by 7am Saturday instead of Sunday evening, meaning I now had to shift all my bookings and moving times to Friday evening. This was extremely frustrating and I ended up having to go through my move by myself in order to get the van back on time. Because my original booking was for 2 days (moving from 2 locations into 1), I now have to go through and book another truck at a later date and again reschedule accordingly. I will not book from this location again and will notify my friends as well so that they are not faced with the same problems. This has resulted in costing me more than originally planned and has put me at a major inconvenience.

The staff and personnel at the location were fine; they were polite and very pleasant and helpful. However, the location itself is one of those that "you need to know where you are going beforehand" before you get there. It is most easily accessible when travelling west, and the right hand turn into the facility comes after a bridge with a rather tall arch that makes it difficult to see from a distance, until you are almost at it. Also, the bulk of the location itself is obscured by other buildings when viewed from the street, making the U-Haul sign the most prominent marker for the entry to the facility. In my case, the sign was not lit, even though it was the well into the evening and therefor dark. So, if you are dropping off a vehicle at this location, don't depend on GPS, look at a map, and know WHERE YOU NEED TO GO, before hand. Traffic can be heavy, and maneuvering a large vehicle is stressful enough without having to search for where you must go. U-Haul could help matters by fixing the lights on their sign, and turning it ON when it gets dark outside. Having a few street signs on the approach might be helpful as well.

A few issues, not location specific: -had to create a separate login after reserving in order to manually pick up a van using my phone. That feels weird -clearer signage when you drop off would be nice: "just drop your van and leave, we'll take it from here and charge your card on file" or something -my bill is confusing as it says one charge at the top and a different one at the bottom and my credit card was charged a different amount altogether. Despite all that, actually a good experience!

The CSR was so slow and had a terrible attitude. She didn’t explain the process well. And in the end, I was charged an extra $22, twice for my mileage. It’s was only fixed when I caught it which took another 15 mins...

None of the extras I ordered were available when I picked up the truck. I also booked the truck for 6 hours and because I was 45 mins late they only allowed me to book it for 4 hours. Makes zero sense. Very disappointed.

They need to work on their customers service and how they speak to people.. As well they must always keep in mind that what someone orders you need to be able to inform them that you don't have it be for time or before the customer's or clients arrive.



Check to make sure that all equipment ordered is available for the rental - ordered 2 bags of moving blankets but told at 7:00 am, as I picked up the truck, that none were available. Commented that, had I known, I could have arranged for blankets elsewhere. With prodding the agent supplied the address of a U-Haul location on my way to the border. The agent at the Welland Avenue, St. Catharines U-Haul was great. Empathized with my situation and supplied two bags with a smile. He was great.

Yes but... your customer service is very slow. we have to wait in line forever and sometimes it seems your CSR's are concentrated on doing other things when they have customers in line. it seems they are not customer focused. this would be the only aspect, in my opinion, that you need to work on



I went in to book the vehicle at the store nearly 3 weeks before needing the 20 foot truckincluding furniture dolly When I arrived the furniture dolly was not there and the girl that helped me told Me that the furniture dolly is first come first serve yet it was on my reservation If the truck was reserved so should the dolly as was in my reservation I was very disappointed as that was what I needed not a fridge dolly So to say the least really disappointed And she was very persistent that it was first come first serve then why did I reserve and put in the bill , what was the point of it

I was unaware that you could not rent a pickup or van without a credit card and all I have is a visa debit card but the lady helped me get a truck even though I had to pay a little bit more I was still able to get what I needed done on Sunday
