All my furniture was stolen because of your FUCKUP. I put the furniture out, I was going to drive to a location 15 minutes away to pick up the truck and head back for my furniture. But because your employees can’t do their job, i was sent to a location that was closed - the website said they were open, but no one was there. After losing 50 minutes on the phone with you and driving to another location, someone who had had ample time had stolen all the furniture by the time I was back. Thank you! And thanks to your diversity Hiring practices ... the average UHaul employee is no cleverer than a fucking donkey. That’s because to you animals “speaking Spanish” is more valuable than “passing an aptitude/iq test”. Because to you animals, a women should be hired over a man, regardless of ability, “because it’s 2019 man”. Fucking scumbags

Short-staffed usually. We have to wait too long as the minimal staff tries to cover all the bases. You need more staff at the desk for check-in/out and more staff outside to assess the vehicles.

Tires on the trailer were almost balled and were aged (a lot cracks). Rear right parking lights did not work. I did not feel safe moving my load around. I should have inspected the trailer myself.

Staff should communicate to clients the possible hazards involved when taking trailer off vehicle. When I got to the cottage over the weekend I unhooked the trailer-it was on a small inclined it rolled back into my truck and damaged the bumper. I do know this is my fault but seems to me this could have been discussed with me the client. I don't believe you guys did a good enough job outlining the hazards...

Slow customer service picking up, payment system didn't work, printer didn't work. Employees seemed unhappy to be there.



Service is slow. It should be easier to return a vehicle. I have had less trouble returning a trailer at this location but that is because I can unhook it myself.

Hello, I want to know why they charging me cleaning fees ??? I got the car on Thursday 10th at 7pm and it was so dirty from inside and outside, the employee there didn't mention anything about cleaning, she just mentioned if I need Insurance or not, I returned the car on Friday 11th at 6pm asked the same employee to come with me and check the car she refused and she said I will do it later and send you the receipt, I insist but she said I will check it later, it was the same condition exactly as I got it day before, I got an email that they charging me with a cleaning fees?? Why ?? It wasn't cleaned and I returned same condition exactly!! I want to know why they did like this with me ??? Please let me know. Also my name written incorrect, she took pictures for my driver's license for both side, is it also something you do all time? And also then she typed my name incorrectly. You need an app or some way of on-line confirming the dropping off of equipment such as a trailer instead of waiting in-line for a long time just to tell them you dropped it off.
