The store has no rear exit where the truck is parked. You must around the block to pick it up. I was charged extra fuel when I calculated the amount of gas to refill. Will not rent again. Customer service would refund me but opened an investigation instead. This case will likely get lost in paperwork and I will not be reimbursed.
