Here’s a more polished and professional version of your review: I visited this location to pick up a U-Haul that I had reserved for 4:00 a.m. Unfortunately, the employee working at the time had no idea how to complete the pickup process on their end and had to call their manager for assistance. The manager who spoke to me over the phone was extremely rude and arrogant. He acted as though he was doing me a personal favor by providing the U-Haul at 4:00 a.m., even though I had made a legitimate reservation. I explained to him that providing customer service is part of his job, especially as a manager, and that being rude and dismissive toward customers is unacceptable. He repeatedly stated that he was “doing me a favor” by giving me the truck. I responded that if customers are considered a burden, then the location should not advertise 24-hour U-Haul availability. The way he spoke to me was disrespectful and unprofessional. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location, especially for late-night or early-morning pickups. It does not appear that they have adequately trained staff to handle overnight reservations. On a positive note, the employee working during the day shift when I returned the U-Haul was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional.

U-Haul had technical issues which caused a lot of delays. But the store was really helpful and got us the extension we were looking for

Willian Mthe pickup is in a convenience store which is ok. But you have to walk around a huge block to the back of the building to pick up the vehicle. It's about 20 minutes walk and not obvious. Better signage or some direction would help, or let the renter of the vehicle walk through the store and out the back door
Natalie KWent to pick up the truck, my ride to the location had already left of I would have cancelled. There was 50 cm of snow on the 9' panel van, completely blocking both the front and drivers side- I had to shovel it out myself- not acceptable.
