EDGAR NAn untrained staff handled me the key, and I had to wait while he figured out the system, which delayed my move. I was charged for over 100 km of usage, even though I recorded only 20 km at check-in. I was also billed for insurance I didn’t select. I’m still waiting for my refund.
VICTORIA SVery bad for a pick up location. Had to walk around building which was not a short walk. Vehicle was not washed and dirty..I have rented form U-haul before and never had a bad experience. This location should not be a pick up location in my opinion.
