It was a horrible experience - added hidden charges without even asking for my consent. Poor management - Please upgrade the customer service skills and staff. A customer rep ( Germal Glenn) have no idea how to talk to a customer and deal with the situation.

TARAS BThe interior of the truck could use a bit of a cleaning, but overall I had a good experience. The person assisting me at the counter was nice and check in was quick.
VICTORIA SI ordered for mobile pickup but the keys were not available and I had to wait for the store to open. Don't know if that's the locations fault per se but was still an inconvenience
