I arrived at 8 am did the mobile pickup and I was ready to leave but I had to go in the store and receive the key …. Well the store wasn’t open at 8 am I had to wait 30 minutes for the store to open because the owner Was late.im not happy at all.

The truck was reserved to be picked up at 11am. We arrived at 10:57am and there was a sign on the door that the owner would be back in 30mins, but it was not clear when it was posted. We ended up waiting for a full half an hour for the owner to return because the door was locked and we could not access the vehicle. When he finally arrived he tried to tell us that we were not here at 11am so he had left, and we should have done mobile check in through the app. This does not make sense for several reasons: 1) We arrived before 11am and were definitely there at the appropriate time 2) There was no reason to leave for 30mins when you know that someone is coming to pick up a moving truck at a specific time 3) Even if the check in was completed, the keys to the actual truck were inside the store, locked in a drawer behind the counter so it would have been impossible to unlock the truck and drive away anyway. Overall the experience was very poor and I would not recommend this location to others or use it again myself. We were on a tight time limit because the moving elevator of the new place being moved into was only reserved for a short window, and getting the truck half an hour later than we were supposed to made the entire day very rushed. Furthermore, the initial reaction of the owner to try and tell us it was our fault made the entire experience even more frustrating on top of it. If I could rate 0 stars I would.
