They overcharged me although I got gas for the truck I rented. Customer service solved this problem, but this is not cool. How come they make this mistake ?

DENNIS SThe staff are clearly not attuned to customer service. Speaking with people via video through a TV is absolutely unprofessional! The original moving truck offered to us didn't even start and they seemed shocked to not know how any of the equipment worked. That's what you get when using an American company.
JENNIFER MThe truck I was assigned had a dead battery and didn’t start. I was drenched in rain while I was being assigned a new truck at this location. Moreover, I was charged for 2 dollies that were not available at the location or inside the truck, hopefully they process my refund asap. But disappointed with the service I got from this location and Uhaul in general
