Over charged, was given poor direction, the truck was disgusting inside horrible location will definitely let the community know. And very aggressive unprofessional customer service.

The pick up and drop off was the beat oart of tge entire experience. The reservation and app experience was awful
MARY OI physically contacted the rental location on Franklin Blvd, Eugene, OR at least 3 times in May to ensure the UHaul I needed was available at that location. I phoned the location July 30 to check on the truck and was told it was available and waiting. When I arrived at the location I had been in contact with July 31, by taxi from the airport ($30 fare),I was told my vehicle was not available at this location, but at another--a $20 fare. I asked if the company could bring the truck to me since I had done everything I could think of to ensure a smooth rental. I was told that option was 'illegal and possibly a liability'. Luckily, the cabbie had waited around in the parking lot to take me to the other location. The manager provided me with a signed receipt for a $20.00 refund. I kept it but have little confidence that anything would be done even if I submit the paperwork.

Jennifer KUpgrade the trucks to have backup cameras and doors that lock with a key fob. And alarm. Not all areas are safe and backing up a huge truck without a camera is ridiculous
