I had to tell them everything. The personnel sent me to a farther drop off location that I couldn’t walk home from. They couldn’t even give me a receipt showing me the final charges.

The man who processed the rental was very rude. I remember a previous interaction with him where he was similarly extremely rude (in the past I booked something like a noon booking online then called to change it to 5 pm which they were fine with, when i showed up he refused to re-print the contract--the one he gave me still had the noon rental return time for the 24 hour rental-- he said it would be fine though I was hesitant I didn't have an option) When I returned it within 24 hors the next day close to 5 pm that SAME worker was adamant on charging me for 2 days because the contract said noon. He said I should read contracts, when I reminded him that he refused to print a new one, he was increasingly rude. I ended up having to call Uhaul customer service while there and he took my phone and talked to the agent for almost 20 minutes before being told that he shouldn't charge me for 2 days. It was horrible service and a horrible experience, which he of course offered no apology for. I am surprised that he still works there. It made my skin crawl to interest with his smug weasel face again, i couldn't wait to leave, which was prolonged because he continually failed to check me out correctly. Will most likely be switching to another company

This is a small location but the truck I reserved was indeed there as promised. Employees were very friendly and helpful. The truck was great and worked out perfectly. Positive experience all around - thank you!

The was a homeless person living in the van right before we picked it up so the entire thing smelled horrible and was filled with trash, cigarettes, and rotting food and clothes. I also reserved the van and did the phone checkout to speed the process up and they told me I wasn’t in the system. They said just because I reserved it doesn’t mean they would have it there for me..??!? I then had to wait for them to figure it out and FINALLY let me rent the van. It took around an hour to finally get it all solved so I was late to picking up my furtnite which was a huge inconvenience. I used U-haul because I trusted the company as a whole but I will never recommend this company to anyone just because of the horrible experience.

The location is very convenient. I rented a Dodge Ram 1500 vehicle. The rep did not know the year but it had 6000 miles on it. I drove 10 miles. Higgins Petroleum wanted to charge more than 2 gallons of gas for 10 miles. Not acceptible service.

it was a miserable experience. Until we got to the counter, we did not realize we would be charged another full day if we returned it a minute past 8:00 p.m. There was no indication on the website. The reservation on my phone app had no details. it thru off all our plans for the day, and made it a big, unpleasant rush. Had we known, we would have picked up the van earlier. also the staff person had no knowledge nor could not help us at all. Call uhaul was his only response.

Payment of the rental has been a huge challenge. At this time, payment has not been made. A half-hour at the rental outlet after returning the vehicle dealing with problem with debit card charges involved calling my bank that confirmed sufficient funds. The rejection of the payment resulted from the outlet charging two different amounts each with the same transaction number that was automatically rejected by the credit-card department of the credit union. A promissory note was signed. No charges appeared on my bank statement. Your representative by email suggested three options: on-line payment, contact with a payment representative or return to the outlet. Your system did not accept repeated attempts using the reservation number given me. I waited on hold for over 25 minutes to speak with a representative live. I cannot easily return to the outlet which was unsuccessful initially. Overall, I have spent one hour trying to make payment without success. Please consider reducing or cancelling my bill. I have used UHaul for decades and should not be asked to spent such time. Thank you.

Hourly rates might be a little better. I only used it 4 hours and paid 50$. I’d expect half of that.

Checkout attendent was nice enough but not clear about the process and fees, sloppy, and due to his confusion told us they didn’t have a truck for us before realizing his mistake. Truck had trash in it and windshield dirty. Checkin attendant was nice, and precise with refilling the tank, but also not very focused on the checkin process.
